The Autumn Garden at Newby Hall (Original Painting, Unframed)

I was very fortunate to have access to the gardens at Newby Hall, Ripon, Yorkshire in the Autumn, and Winter. I created a collection of paintings of iconic, well-loved scenes of Newby Hall over the Seasons, around the gardens.
 
I loved painting this tranquil vista using my signature, moss, leaves and fallen twigs dipped into acrylic paint to create texture. Butterflies and bees were everywhere loving the profusion of different coloured flowers!
