Newby Hall from the Borders (Original, Unframed)

Every Autumn, Newby Hall hosts the Harrogate Flower Show in their magnificent grounds. The gardens have won awards, and the house is simply stunning! I painted this picture outside next to the herbaceous borders. It is a stunning, iconic, inspirational view which I loved painting! I used my signature fallen twigs, leaves and moss to create the intricate flowers and plants in the garden. Butterflies and bees were everywhere, spot them in my painting. This artwork is part of a collection of Newby Hall iconic scenes I am painting outside around the Gardens. Painted on canvas, this picture can be hung straight on the wall, no framing is required.
