Painted outside ‘en plein air’ I loved using this limited palette of pastel colours to create this Cherry Tree which stands proudly alone in the centre of RHS Garden Harlow Carr. I just used the end of a twig to paint this tree with, dipping it into my acrylic paint and applying to the canvas.
