West Park, Harrogate in Spring (Limited Edition Canvas Print)

I have always wanted to paint this scene in Spring when the daffodils line the Stray, a parkland in Harrogate, looking towards West Park. I painted this outside in the sunshine, the daffodils took a few days to paint, just using a twig to dip into acrylic paint and apply to the canvas. I love painting buildings especially this set of very attractive buildings situated at the other side of the Stray on West Park. You can see:- the West Park Hotel; the newly unveiled Coach and Horses pub and restaurant; Weetons café and shop, spot with the cow in the window; West Park Antiques; Whites boutique; Boho Chic clothes and jewellery; Georgies ladies clothes boutique and Moda in Pelle shoe shop.

This artwork can be hung straight on the wall.
