This painting was created outside in front of the first spa water well discovered in Harrogate, Yorkshire situated on The Stray Parkland. It is just beside a footpath which is regularly used by the locals from the centre of town. I used the ends of twigs to carefully apply acrylic paint to the trees. There was a clear blue sky which perfectly complimented the shades of fiery Autumn leaves.
